Orders are currently shipped with PostNL. All shipments include tracking.

Once express delivery options become available, they will be shown at checkout.

Customs & import charges

United States: Import duties are prepaid by Onaï, so you will not be asked to pay customs duties upon delivery.

Other destinations outside the EU: Local VAT, customs fees or import charges may apply depending on your destination. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
